1. What should I bring with me to the tour?

- Good  mood - Comfortable shoes and clothes - Sun cream.

2.What vehicle do you use for the tour?

- We offer our tours in an air-conditioned vehicle. If you need a car seat for your child, we can provide one upon request.

3. What time does the private/wine tours starts?

- You can ask your preferred time, but we would suggest to start around 9:00 a.m. or 5:00 p.m., when its not so hot outside. 

4. Where does the tour end? 

- We gonna return to original departure point or any desired point of your preference (if its on our way). 

5. How can I pay for the tour?

- You gonna pay at the end of the tour.

6. Is entrance fees included in the price of the tour?

- Entrance fees are not included on our tours. An indication of admission fees – standard adult rates (concessions apply for children)

7. What is the price for kids in your private tours?

- Children under 5 years old- for free - Children from 5 till 12 years old- 50% discount from the adult price. - Children above 12 years old- charged as adult.

- Children under 5 years old will not reserve a seat on the car. They will sit on parents lap.

8. How should I make reservation?

9. Can I add an extra hour to my tour? 

- If you decide to extend the tour beyond the agreed duration, please contact us regarding the extra surcharge.

10. How do I go from the old port to the city? 

- The old port is accessible only: 1) By cable car. The cable car of Santorini is a donation of the institution Loula & Evaggelos Nomikos, in order to serve the locals and thousands of visitors all year around. Perfectly safe, consists of 6 wagons, capacity of 6 persons per wagon.  The cost is 6 euro per adult (one way) and 50% for children. 2) By walking. The famous 600 steps of the traditional road that connect the old port with the town of Fira. The walk is about 20-30 minutes, depending on your physical condition. 3) By donkeys. The donkeys used to be the traditional transportation way of the island. They go up and down to the old port of Fira frequently. The price is 5 eur per person (one way) and the ride lasts about 20 minutes.
